Late game enchantment for hoes "Enchanted Garden"

This would be an enchantment only found on a book or a tool in the late game. Specifically for the hoe, this would make it so that soil when hoed with the enchantment could grow golden carrots instead of regular carrots when planting regular carrots. This would be a great way for the farming skill to have another layer and teach players about saturation a part of the game usually unseen by the average player.

(When harvested golden carrots could produce a small amount of xp too not a part of the initial idea but something I wanted to add here)
