Add a sifter so you can put dirt blocks in and maybe get a diamond back

  Add a sifter to have the ability to put dirt in so you could get a diamond or something. Because dirt blocks are annoying

  how would you get diamonds out of dirt gold nuggets are way more probable than diamond

  I think it is a bit to overpowered, because putting dirt in you would get diamond, lapis, gold or emeralds?

  That will just be overpowered, I suggest it requiring diamonds or netherite to craft and be more mythical than realistic. Maybe it can convert more end-game blocks (eg. end stone) and turn it into coal, wood, or items that are annoying to obtain late-game. It should also have a 50% chance of doing so.

  This is overpowered and has countless issues but Minecraft is already adding a feature close to this, archeology which will allow you too look through blocks for loot as seen in previous previews of it in Minecraft live ( or minecon, whatever it’s called in 2020 )
