(Bedrock) Liquid potions

When you use a bucket in a cauldron filled with a potion you get a fire resistance bucket (for example) and when you use that bucket it behaves like a water or lava bucket and if you immerse yourself in the potion you get the assigned effect. I feel that it is very OP so for Nerfear it I propose that the effect only persists while you are in the liquid and that when you move away it lasts only another minute, similar to the beacon or the conduit.

    This would just eliminate the use of lingering potions
