Purpose & Issue
The current trades of the wandering trader are few and far between, some offers being more useful to one player than another. More importantly, the offers are items that a from recent updates that may be inaccessible to the player, for what ever reason. Other offers are items that help detail a build and help differentiate a players house among a server, or for the same reason above. The intended purpose of the wander trader is meaningful but will be useless to the players that may already have a surplus of the offers.
Suggestion
The trade tab now has a new menu that has a plentiful list that the player may choose from, that of which the wander trader might fetch and offer to the player in their next encounter.This list of possible trades will include: items from different biomes, block types, foods & seeds, and random misc items. Note that the items the wandering trader might fetch wont be too rare or advanced, to encourage player exploration and progression within their worlds. However, players that for what ever reason aren't able to get certain items because of old terrain, small world borders, server with plugins, peaceful mode, etc. would no doubt need these offers to keep their experience fresh, so it seems a item surplus may be need. Perhaps +1 emerald for a stack of blocks and plus how ever more considering the rarity and demand for the resource.
I feel as if my suggestion fits the original idea well and I hope this new suggestion is considered.
