When lightning strikes water, anyone inside that water will be electrocuted

If a lightning bolt makes contact with a water block, it should do damage to players who are in that water. It should only damage them if they are within 15-20 blocks of the strike, and if they are in a water block that is directly connected to the one hit by the bolt. It should make a unique electrical sound and maybe even have a new particle effect in the affected area. Also, just a side note, I think being struck by lightning should do more damage in general. It's an extremely rare occurrence, but it doesn't really feel like a risk at all. It takes multiple strikes to die without any armor. Oh, and also change the lightning texture to not be hard-coded into the game please okay thanks bye.

when lightning strikes water in real life the radius is more like 100 meters or 100 blocks in Minecraft.
it should damage both players and mobs when in connected water.
