Garden Fork

The garden fork could be used to keep farmland fertile instead of needing water sources (which can waste 1 spot of farmland per water source). It would be more useful in desert or snowy biomes but could be used anywhere there is soil. It would be used to give the crops breathing holes which would allow water through when It rained. There could be a rule where using water gives 100% crop efficiency/fertility. Nothing used would have a 10% fertility (and reverts back to dirt if not used as it does now). But the fork would give 50-70% fertility.

It could even be used to insta-mine pumpkins/melons and possiblly create new path blocks (path block with coarse dirt texture maybe).
