I’m this idea I like to focus on a tool that is quite futuristic looking and is very hard to craft so you would need x2 diamonds + x2 red stone dust + x3 iron + x1 cross bow + x1 beacon and putting all of this together makes a gun that teleports the player anywhere they want to but be careful cause too many teleports and you will have status affects like nausea, slowness, blindness, wither and at the same time it can be used as a melee weapon that shoots deadly lasers but the charge is slow  and does 4 damage a shot and the regular hit for melee does 6 damage and is medium speed but the range is close up and to shoot the laser the range is far.
