To the Minecraft Development Team,
I am a long-time Minecraft player and a Realms subscriber. For me, Minecraft is more than just a survival game; it is a 'Healing Game' where I enjoy the simple joys of life—building cozy cottages, fishing by the sea, and tending to my farm.
While there are many farming simulators out there, they are often too complex (like Farming Simulator) or too stylized (like Slime Rancher). Minecraft’s strength lies in its simplicity and accessibility. I believe there is a huge demand for a dedicated Minecraft Life-Simulation game, similar to the upcoming 'Pokopia' on Nintendo Switch 2.
Key features I would love to see in a "Minecraft Life" game:
-
Expanded Farming: More crop varieties, organic composting, and seasonal growth cycles.
-
Cozy Architecture: A focus on building small villas and interiors with diverse stone and wood blocks, rather than massive structures.
-
Deep Cooking System: Baking bread, roasting potatoes, and preparing various seafood dishes with more interaction.
-
Multiplayer Harmony: A seamless way to share these peaceful activities with family (via LAN) and friends (via Realms).
Minecraft has already explored different genres with Dungeons and Legends. I strongly suggest a new direction that focuses on the 'Peaceful Everyday Life' within the Minecraft universe. Many fans, including myself, would be more than willing to support and purchase such a title.
Thank you for creating a world where we can find peace.
Best regards,
Jehee.
