Enchantment transferring

There could be either a new crafting station or maybe an upgraded version of the enchanting table where you can transfer enchantments from an item to book. Even curses could be transferred in this way but the exp cost would need to be very high.the main reason this would be useful is because in Minecraft.you often find tools and weapons with great enchantments, but they are made of. Stone or iron and therefore useless.

    maybe for the anvil or grindstone? and not much exp should be used
