Hoe adjustments

Hoes spend too many uses when breaking leaves. When you have a manual tree farm, or you're trying to harvest apples you have to break too many leaves, which kills your hoe uses really quickly and makes it really bad to enchant. As it is (at least for me) one of the great uses for it, I think breaking leaves should spend somehow near no uses. PS even after the deep dark, where you will be able to properly mend them, I think leaves will still break it really really fast. Other way to counter this could be adding termites and making them eat the leaves so you don't have to break them yourself
