Redstone "Wires"

This allows the redstone to be adhered to the wall, which makes it easier for the game city builder to arrange the redstone line, and can also add the ability to dye the lines so that he can better match the wall color

    Good idea, maybe different colors could only connect to matching colors, but can still placed on the same block as other wires

    Even just one colour of wire would be a significant improvement, it could also not connect with redstone dust to make parallel redstone lines possible.
