Potion Catalyst

The Potion Catalyst is a new item that can be found in End City Loot, When used on a potion it will allow the potion to both get the Glowstone and Redstone effect instead of having to choose between one or the other, by reverting the time loss caused by the Glowstone, also you still have to use both Glowstone and Redstone.

The Potion usually looses about half the use time when mixed with Glowstone, wich can hurt the player pretty badly in a thight spot, for example in PVP. The Potion Catalyst Aims to somewhat defeat that problem, whilst not becoming too strong by making it an expensive item found only in the End, wich also gives the End another purpose i feel like that has been lacking.

How i would imagine how you would incorporate the Catalyst into the Potion is by brewing the Potion you would like first, then you would put in the Catalyst into the Potion wich would then be used just like any other Potion ingredient, afterwards you then can use both Redstone and Glowstone to buff the Potion.
