Gigantic forest

This would be a new biome with giant trees several blocks thick, and taller then the tallest jungle trees, with there saplings being two blocks tall. These trees would need more interesting trunks then just straight, and have lots of branches. Underneath these trees, there would be gigantic root systems, made of stripped wood. The water here would be much clearer than any other biomes, with only a slight tint of blue-green. 

This, of course would need a whole new bunch of ambient sounds, structures, particles, and mobs. Come up with some ideas in the comments!

    This sounds amazing! Although this would probably mean all forests would need updating so they aren't boring compared to it (not a bad thing) . I'd absolutely love for this to be an update one day

    I love this idea, it could have moss growing on the surface, and glowing mushrooms. It would be nice to have a "rare" biome that is rewarding to find and poses more of a challenge!!
