Deepslate should be instamineable

Deepslate should be insta-mineable with a haste II efficiency 5 Netherite Pickaxe. If you can insta-mine stone with a haste II efficiency 5 Diamond Pickaxe, why can't you insta-mine deepslate with the same setup instead with a Netherite Pickaxe? This would make Netherite even more useful and would make it easier for people to use deepslate in their builds. The other idea is adding Efficiency 6 as an item you can find in the Deep Dark Cites that you can use to mine even faster and insta-mine deepslate.

  I really like the idea, but there would be bugs, that someone can make efficiency 6 without Deep Dark. Or, it is well programmed, without any bugs and mistakes, that would be great!
