Minecraft has both enchantments and curses; however, there are only two curses currently in the game, and while inconvenient, neither are particularly interesting. I propose a new curse that can generate naturally on tools, or be put on them: Curse of Mischief.
Curse of Mischief would make the enchanted tool have a chance to jump between inventories when the player opens containers. For example, when the player is storing their items in chests, the Cursed tool might randomly put itself into the chest. A watchful player might catch this happening, and simply re-equip it. But for something like armor, an enchanted elytra might randomly unequip without the player noticing, causing some... issues down the line.
A Curse of Mischief item might also "glitch" into a player's inventory when unwanted, crowding the inventory, or tagging along on a dangerous mission it wasn't meant to be brought on.
This is just an idea for another Curse that could be added to the game. I am also going to post another idea called Curse of Persistence. Please upvote either if they sound like good additions to Minecraft.
