The Ender/Retinal Scanner Is A Combination Of The Enderman And The Observer, Only Activating When Looked At By A Player, As For How's It Crafted, It Would Require 2 Ender Pearls, 1 Observer, 4 Smooth Stone And 2 Redstone Blocks Or Dust
