Manometer new instrument

You will need 1 redstone dust, lined with 4 copper ingots in a workbench.
This device is able to show at what height the player is using a scale. Players will be able to understand whether they are deep or inside a high mountain. This is especially useful for the new Caves & Cliffs.

  This will additionally give another use for copper and a kind of altitude substitution on servers where this is not available.
