Bottle Your xp from your hot-bar in Bottles to get bottles of enchanting

We should be able to bottle our xp from our hot-bar for storage or saving. This will take away from your xp in your hot bar.

    You may need to waste 1-2 orbs every 15-20 orbs to make it not too OP
