enchanting the elytra

here are some example enchantments mere ideas, not the main point which is that we need some special elytra only enchants

• wind catcher: this makes it so that every so often, your elytra catches the wind and gives you a big boost, without the need for fireworks, the higher the level the more wind your elytra will catch.
• soaring: this makes it so you fly faster, but you lose more durability on firework boosts. you also take more collision damage
• Phantom flight: when your elytra break all other enchantments will stop working, but you keep flying until you land, you also take a small amount of damage upon landing, fireworks will no longer be able to boost your flight as well. 
• water wings: you don't stop gliding if you enter water.
