deep dark snowy forest

Me and my friend were talking allot about this and we discussed 

that these very rare "deep dark snowy forests" would be dark and only snow would generate in them and some different coloured wolfs and monsters dwelling in the forest!

and it could apply to other dimensions such as the nether or the end.

for example having a black type of trees stuck under the end main island!
