Soul egg 

It is an egg that will allow you to capture mobs to take with you animals such as village horses or hostile mobs to another location without having to use temporary rails or ships. This egg will be crafted with blaze powder & soul sand.( It could be changed according to be better for the gameplay ) They can be carried up to 16 empty eggs and it will work similar to the mechanics of the empty water buckets and water with a fish.

    No, a big part of the fun in minecraft is having to move mobs (especially villagers) by rail!

    Maybe you could have crying obsidian instead of the soul sand and put soul sand in the center. that would have another use for crying obsidian other than just respawn anchors. just an idea.
