Larger Nether

Make the nether taller by taking advantage of the raised height limited, this would make the nether more beautiful, more to explore, and overall makes sense, I know we just had the nether update in 1.17 but raising the roof would just be the perfect cherry on top to the new caves and nether features, thanks for taking your time to read this!
