Being able to free look while flying with an Elytra

I recently discovered in 3th person that the player can sneak while flying with an Elytra, but it does nothing. So I thought, why not make it useful? When you fly with an Elytra, make it so you can freely look around without changing the elytra's direction. This is especially helpful because it's pretty annoying to slow down and loose altitude if you want to look to the ground to see where you're going. And some players would enjoy just strolling around with their Elytra while watching the world below them. And with the new Caves and cliffs update, it would be very spectacular to watch how the terrain is formed below them. But players should watch out that they're not flying to low, or else they experience the new terrain way too close
