Add Copper/Spyglass trades to Cartographer villager

Cartographers could have the ability to buy copper ingots and sell spyglasses to go with their exploration vibe. Not only does it lead a player to collecting copper and using it for the spyglass, it allows the player to purchase a spyglass to use when searching for the Woodland Mansion or Ocean Monument that the Cartographer sent them to find!

But copper is too easy to accumulate. With fortune 3 I think we get up to 30 copper as of 1.18.The cartographer has an already very op trade with the glass pane.
