Make Entering a World Safer

There is always a period after you enter a world where the game is running but it still shows the loading screen. During this period you are completely helpless against mobs. If you get logged out at an inopportune time, you can find yourself dead before you are even fully in the game. (even when wearing lots of armor)

This needs to be fixed.
