Toggle Option for Telemetry

Please add a toggle for telemetry in Java Edition 1.18 and higher. A lot of users don't know about the new telemetry feature, and some who do are uncomfortable with it. The telemetry is not anonymous since it includes the player's XUID.

People are already using mods to disable telemetry, but they shouldn't need to mod the game to implement a normal privacy setting. You won't necessarily get more data by leaving the toggle out, but you will probably alienate some of Minecraft's more privacy-conscious players.

An opt-out toggle is an easy way to make sure the game is GDPR compliant too!

    Yeah, to be honest, I've already payed for the game, profiting off my user data is an unfair move. This is like having cookies on your site with no opportunity to opt out and should be illegal
