Option to Disable Recipe Toast

I really dislike that everytime I create a new world or join a server, the new recipe notification pops up regularly, and it's annoying because its information that I A already know, and B it obscures information that I actually find important.

I really would just like an option in the menu, maybe under accessability, that says, "hey, I know all these things. don't tell me when I unlock new recipes."

Up until 1.17 I'd been using a mod to disable toast, but that project seems abandoned, and while I didn't play much 1.17, now that I'm starting in 1.18, I'm getting quickly frustrated with this feature.

    Absolutely, I'd especially love if it was a game rule so I could turn them off for everyone on the server with a datapack or command. They can be pretty annoying. A game rule would be in line with the announceAdvancements game rule as well.
