"Knowledge is Power" advancement for obtaining a max leveled enchanted book

Basically, if you were to get a max leveled enchanted book by upgrading an existing one in an anvil or finding it in a chest, you would get this advancement.
Mending and other single-level enchanted books wouldn't count.

  Cool Idea. I really like this and honestly think it should be in the game. Advancement/Achievement Update Pls?
