New Nether Biome Composed of a gradually sloping upward blackstone slope leading to a crater at the top which has a randomly changing lava level. Occasionally it rises above the level of the crater and floods the whole mountain with lava. It could spawn wither skeletons, possibly armed with bows instead of swords or maybe a whole new mob. Inside the crater could be the only place to find actual netherite ore. This would make it dangerous, but lucrative. It would always be surrounded by lava ocean on all sides. Also, nether portals never spawn there.
