Horse/Mounted Damage

Depending on the stats and rarity of the horse, players should deal more damage when they mount the horse. Something like +2 mounted damage. This will be a good improvement because horses have become useless due to various ways of transportation that are much cheaper and easier than horse.
Certain weapons should also get a negative effect from this such as the axe, considering it is shorter and is hard to reach the enemy, it will have -2 mounted damage.
