The sleigh would function like a boat but on snow instead of water (Snow includes snow layers, snow blocks and powder snow (It won't sink in powder snow)). This makes the sleigh a new way of transport through the mountains. The sleigh would also be able to go super fast on ice like the boat. The main difference between the two would be that the sleigh can build up a speed bar which looks like a horse. The speed bar would full up when going fast in air (going fast forward not downwards) and when you're on snow and hit space (depending on how full the bar is charged) you will jump. When in snow the bar will slowly decrease. How fast this goes depends on the type of snow, powder snow will have a slow decrease, normal snow normal decrease and snow layers fast decrease. Hitting any other block will decrease the bar superfast (like in 1 second it's fully back to 0). Also when on a non-cold block it would go very slow like a boat. Breaking it would be like breaking a boat or minecart.
