Right now worlds are stored in hard drive when flying around. Instead of that worlds can be stored only in ram, then deleted and generated again according to seed when you are going back to your old location. That will mean 0 memory and same experience. How about builds?
They could be stored as a separated layer. If you place a block that block would be stored the same way as it is stored when playing in void world. Destroying blocks would be also stored, not like something is destroyed but it would determined by air blocks.
Please, if you see that give me some feedback how hard it would be to code that or in general what do you think, because it looks to me like a very simple and easy to code, yet extremely effective solution for big worlds or mods and servers that are some all about exploration.
