An update where it snows instead of rains in all biomes with rain

A seasonal update for christmas where it snows in all biomes except the ones where it does not rain like the desert and savanna. It'd be cool to do something like pumpkins on mobs during halloween again, but this time for christmas! Instead of raining in the plains or a jungle, it could snow! I'd love this because I like to make my own winter skins but it doesn't make much sense when it's raining and not snowing. Sure, I could just live in the mountains but it's a bit hard for me to build a house with the generation. But yeah! A winter season update where it snows instead of rains would be really cool.
