Placeable Rain

Rain that you can place anywhere you like!

It could be a block that you place under a water source and it creates the rain effect or it could be something like the spore blossom that creates rain effect in its area that you can turn on or off, frequently or infrequently with redstone like how dripleaf can interact with redstone

Uses: for place where rain can't reach, mostly for giant caves or even underwater rain

Why: because water dripping down a block is the closest we'd get to a custom rain at anywhere we like. and it is dripping not raining, the sounds and the aesthetics are not the same
