Update 1.17 world to a Superflat world in 1.18

Can I update my 1.17 world to a Superflat world in 1.18? Because my map in 1.17 is built on superflat and I don't want the updated world to be filled with mountains and oceans that will generate in default world. Also,  can you make a button to choose the mode of updating. For example, if my original world is superflat, the bottom of the world will just be placed to y=-64 rather than y=0 in 1.18.

    It just updates the block heights and that’s it.
