Terracotta in Savannah Biome

Just a minor tweak to make Savannahs more atmsospheric; Now, smallish spires of baked orange and red terracotta can be found here, protruding from the ground, as well as underneath the topsoil. (Not just exclusively generating in badlands.) This would give an option to find terracotta without destroying badlands, as well as a more unique aesthetic for the savannah.
