Upgraded Hill Biomes

Hill biomes got removed in 1.18 due to main biomes being able to form a hill without the help of Hills Biomes. I think the Hill biomes should get updated and re-added. Firstly they should be almost as high as Windswept Hills biome. And they should be similar to the main biomes ( Desert Hills having sand and Jungle Hills having Jungle Trees for example ). And the Hill biomes should be more harder to find. And as I mentioned earlier the Hill biomes should be more like a main biome themed not-very tall Mountain. I think this addition will improve the terrain generation and make it even more nice-looking.
