Goat Horn / Iceoleger Functionality

Because the goat horn is now among the list of things to be added, it have some collaboration with a mob on this list; the Iceologer from the 2020 mob vote. The goat horn could be a weapon towards it, or the goat horn sound could attract or detract the Iceoleger. It does make the raid sound, after all.
