At the moment cursed enchantments are pointless. If they're on an item found in the wild, they'll probably be thrown away. Cursed enchanted items should also have one or more powerful positive effects. For example, curse of binding could also provide a boost to the player's defense and curse of vanishing could teleport the player away when they're low on health. There should also be a way to remove these enchantments if the player wants to, with an item. Enchantment tables should also be able to give these enchantments on books, but the player would always know if the book being enchanted is cursed or not.
