Nether Phantoms

Phantoms but in the Nether, that appear randomly in the basalt deltas, like phantoms, but these attack you, even if you sleep (Clearly not sleeping in the Nether). They could drop a new item that repairs Blackstone bricks if they are cracked (Like those in the Bastion Remnants) and you could pet one by giving them blaze sticks. Hope you read this, Minecraft Devs.
