1.13 Lava Swimming

Do you know what's really annoying and cumbersome? Swimming through lava. Especially when your fire resistance potion is down to 30 seconds. In the overworld, the swimming mechanics got updated in 1.13, and I think it would be good for nether explorers if those swimming mechanics were applied to lava as well. Furthermore, soul speed should act like depth strider but for lava, accelerating the speed that a player can swim.

Currently, swimming in lava is terribly cumbersome. I think it's high time that the lava gets with the times.
