A Real Use Of Goat Horn

I was thinking its really annoying when you cant find the pillagers in a raid so i was thinking that the horn would draw mobs within like 10 blocks towards you or maybe just hostile mobs. Also you could make a splash potion of knockback which would knock all mobs backward when splashed and if you drank it, it would make attacking mobs get knocked back and as a lingering potion it would be like the splash potion but it would continue to knock players back.
