Zombies should turn into husks after burning in the sun

While drowned have a way of being created, husks do not. 

After burning in the sun for a certain amount of time, zombies should have a chance to turn into husks depending on the difficulty.

    I like this post, but maybe in order for them to become husks, zombies must not have any armor or tools equiped?

    Only ones in a desert would work. Otherwise it would just make zombies too OP
