Quality of Life changes, mainly to resource packs and datapacks

    to clarify, customization for liquids would basically just be the texture, whether or not it sets entities on fire, and what effects it gives entities, if any. this would also mean a "blank" bucket item, which could be given a texture, and liquid for each instance, and could have the properties of if it's edible, if it gives effects, clears effects, other food-related properties, and in which dimensions the liquid can be placed down. also "blank" food that would have hunger, saturation, and effects could be added. custom potions can already be done, however customization of potion brewing recipes would become a feature. and "blank" items could be used in any recipe, loot table, etc. using the same format as I described for worldgen above
