Gemstones and Jewels

Ok, so as someone who loves modded minecraft but always has it lag, i think it would just be easier to put these things in game. I think one of the most important things is having way more ores in the game. Imagine finding a cave of wonders with diamonds and rubies and amethyst. I think that even though we have an amethyst block it would be nice to have crystal ores that would make more armor and tools. I love the idea of having aquamarine or rose quartz armor. i think it would give players a reason to want to mine more. This is very much inspired by a mod i found called gems and jewels. Check it out and maybe take some inspiration from that!
