Passable lower Leaves

Traveling through a dense Forest with a horse can be a tedious process as you have to not only find gaps of two blocks widte, but also of two blocks height. The lower Leaves should just get shoved aside like real scrub.

A tree should have different lower leaves where you can walk through like through cobwebs but with a speed reduction to around 50% of normal speed.
