Stronger ropes

Make the ropes stronger. It's ridiculous how weak ropes are, you pull animals only for them to stop for some odd reason and they break. You got to walk back, pick up the rope, then the same thing happens in a chunk of distance later. The ropes should pull them with 0 problem at all. Even when in a boat, you start going and BAM the rope snapped and you got to go backwards in your travels. Stronger ropes would definitely be more useful when being chased by creepers or other mobs. It doesn't make much sense that you can pull animals up into the air with no problem but the second they get stuck in some snow the animal gets stuck and you got to go back. you should be able to sprint or be in a boat full speed without the rope snapping. The way they are now you can't even crouch walk without it snapping sometimes.
