Fishing for spore blossoms in lush caves

More renewable items is always a good thing, but sometimes it's also good to have some items exclusive to certain areas. Since spore blossoms aren't bonemealable yet, I'm assuming this is not something we can really hope for. So I was thinking, what if you could instead obtain them by fishing, but only within lush caves?

After all, spore blossoms grow on the ceiling, and there is water on the floor, so it's not unreasonable to imagine that some of it might have fallen off, and now you are able to fish for them. And that would, in my opinion, be a painless way to make spore blossoms renewable, while also requiring the player to visit some lush caves in order to get them.

I'm not too sure about the chance you should have to fish one of them, I'd honestly be fine already with the same chance of fishing for most other junk items (about 1% with an unenchanted fishing rod), but maybe it could be more.
