Prismarine + Glow Ink Sac = Glow Prismarine

Everyone's talking about how they want glowing dye for glowing blocks(ex. glow concrete), so how about Glow Prismarine? In the recipe book, Dark Prismarine uses Ink Sacs, so why not do the same for Glow Ink Sacs? They are both related to the sea and could add more shine to future structures, like perhaps a secret glow room with Glow Squid found in the Ocean Monument?
