Toggle Background Music to Play More Often or Less

In the setting in the audio section would be a slider bar that could Increase the rate of music(example's, Mice On Venus, Wet Hands, and Sweden) if you raise it to 200% it will be more likely to play if lowered to 0% nothing will play, and if you put the slider bar to the max it will play music all the time.

(This is not for music disk it is for the background music made by C418 or any future background music)

    I'm kind of surprised I can't find a mod which does this tbh. I swear the music on the x-box 360 version played a lot more often than it does on java.
